AV15 is an urban hideaway in the heart of Colombo, and is wedged between Galle Road and Marine drive. It is located within easy access to the oceanfront, overlooking the Indian Ocean and the vibrant city of Colombo right on your doorstep. Restaurants, cinemas, hospitals, banks, supermarkets and other essential public amenities are all located within the vicinity. AV15 is a collection of urban villas, designed to make you feel at home. Each villa is equipped with a Master, a Captain and 2 Junior bedrooms, a roof-top entertainment space and a contemporary living space equipped with a flat screen TV. The villas also each have their own private parking. All the villas come completely furnished with a fully fitted kitchen, tasteful homeware and contemporary art and décor. All rooms and common spaces are air-conditioned. The toilets are fitted with rainforest showers and bath amenities are available on request. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire villa. A 24-hour Front Desk will take care of guest check ins and check outs as well as provide a comprehensive concierge service. A daily linen and towel service is provided for each villa. Guests can opt to take out a single room in a villa and thereby share the common spaces with the occupants of the other rooms. Alternatively, guests may book the entire villa if more privacy is required.
